Screw manufacturers stainless steel fracture problem

1. Excessive force exceeds the damage torque (safety torque) of the product. The verification method can be used to adjust the value to the safe torque value by referring to the low safety torque table of our packaging box. When the wrench makes two "click" sounds in the locking process to indicate that the force used has reached the set value, so as to verify that the product has not reached the standard torque or that the force exceeds the safety torque of the product.
2. The product locks, resulting in torsion and breakage. This point can refer to the locking problem analysis. If there is improper locking and locking occurs, it is more likely to be the fracture caused by locking.
3. The tensile strength or torque of the product is not qualified. ISO3506-1 or GB3098.6 provisions: length ≥1.5 times the nominal diameter of the product need to test tensile, on the contrary is to measure the torque distance. Only the nominal diameter less than M16 can have the standard value of torsion, and greater than M16 does not need to measure the torsion.
